What to expect

You'll be collected from your hotel at 8am and driven to Ayung River. After a safety briefing, you'll spend roughly two hours paddling down medium-difficulty rapids with your guide, taking in the carved stone walls and forest scenery. The pace suits those after genuine adventure without extreme difficulty. Once ashore, you'll shower and change, then fuel up on buffet lunch. The afternoon switches gears entirely: mounted on quad bikes, you'll navigate challenging tracks crossing rivers, tunneling through rock, weaving between rice terraces and bumping through village paths. It's physically engaging but manageable across varying fitness levels.

Good to know

Minimum age is 5 for rafting, 12 for solo ATV riding (younger kids ride tandem with an adult). Maximum participant age is 60.
