What to expect
Arrive and explore the onsite museum at your own pace, familiarising yourself with the vineyard's story. A professional guide then walks you through a structured masterclass, explaining how the wines are made and what to look for when tasting. You'll sample several premium pours alongside this education. Armed with your bottle, picnic hamper, and etched glass, you then choose a secluded pocket of the vineyard to settle in—far enough from others that you feel alone with the landscape. Expect roughly 45 minutes for the masterclass and tasting, leaving the remainder for unhurried eating and drinking.
Good to know
Minimum group size is two people; book accordingly. You must be 18 to participate and drink. The entire property is wheelchair accessible. Transport to and from the vineyard is not included, so arrange your own. Four time slots run daily: 10:30am, noon, 1:30pm, and 3pm.
