What to expect
Exit arrivals and scan the paging area for your driver holding an A4 placard with your name. They'll collect you and lead you to the vehicle. Journey time varies by destination and traffic—expect 30 minutes to Seminyak, longer to Uluwatu. The car is clean, cool and equipped for luggage. If you can't spot your driver after 90 minutes, contact the operator by phone or WhatsApp. Avoid accepting offers from local taxi touts in the arrival hall; once you do, no refund applies.
Good to know
Maximum one or two suitcases plus one carry-on bag per traveller. Oversized items (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes) need advance approval. Infants sit on laps.
