About this tour
This 11–12 hour circuit hits Bali's volcanic spine, rice terraces, waterfalls and temples in one sweep. You'll start at Kintamani's cooled lava slopes, loop through Ubud's art quarters and traditional dance, drop into the Tegenungan waterfall, explore a working coffee plantation, cross the Tegallalang rice paddies, then finish at Tanah Lot for sunset. Hotel collection and lunch included; your guide stays with you at each stop rather than waiting at the carpark.
Highlights
- Kintamani volcano crater and caldera views
- Barong and kris dance performance in Ubud
- Tegallalang rice terraces at walking level
- Tegenungan waterfall swimming and photo stops

What to expect
You'll be collected early and driven in an air-conditioned minivan through shifting terrain—from mountain cool to humid lowlands. Each site gets a proper guided walk: you're not dropped at the gate and left to fend for yourself. The dance performance is scheduled mid-morning; lunch follows afterwards, usually at a restaurant with views. Afternoon brings the waterfall (bring swimmers), then the coffee stop where you'll sample the local brew. Tegallalang's rice paths are flat but muddy in wet season. Tanah Lot sits on a tidal rock, so timing matters—you'll catch it as light softens on the ocean.
Good to know
Wear comfortable walking shoes with grip; paths can be slick. Bring sunscreen and a hat for the open plantation and rice terraces. The pace is moderate overall but involves multiple short walks. Prams and infant seats available on request. Not suitable if you have spinal or serious heart concerns. Tips aren't included.
