What to expect

You'll start on the Ayung, navigating Class II–III rapids with a paddle crew and life jacket. Expect to get soaked and work your arms. After drying off and refuelling at a riverside buffet, you'll climb onto an ATV and spend the next few hours churning through dense jungle trails, rice-field tracks, and mud gullies. Your guide will keep pace and watch for hazards. Both activities move at beginner pace, so don't panic if you've never rafted or ridden a quad before. Weather can slow progress; extreme storms may force postponement.

Good to know

Bring a change of clothes, flip-flops, swimmers, sunscreen, and a waterproof camera if you want shots of yourself wet and grinning. Tours run in any rain short of typhoons.
