What to expect

You'll meet your guide early morning and travel to Tanjung Jepun first. The shallow reef here is forgiving—perfect for easing into the day. Expect small, bold fish that dart close enough to touch. After an hour or so, you'll move to Blue Lagoon Beach, the main event. The underwater terrain is rockier, coral-dense, and teeming with larger schools. Visibility is typically good. Mid-afternoon, you'll head inland to a working coffee plantation, walk the grounds, and sample local brews before heading back.

Good to know

Not suitable if you have spinal injuries, are pregnant, or have cardiovascular concerns. Bring sun protection and a rash vest. The white sand can be harsh underfoot; water shoes help. Arrive with an empty stomach if prone to motion sickness on the drive.
