What to expect

The day splits into two distinct experiences. On the swings, an instructor helps you harness up and walk you through each of the multiple rigs stretched between jungle trees—expect heart-in-mouth seconds as you launch, then the rush of weightlessness and a genuine view of the valley. You'll change and shower between activities. The rafting section takes you downriver in a small group, paddling through grade-II and III rapids hemmed by thick greenery. You'll get wet and soak in the sound of water and forest. Both activities run regardless of fitness level, though the physical demands are moderate.

Good to know

Not suitable if you have spinal injuries, cardiovascular issues, or are pregnant. Small children can join swings (on an adult's lap) or raft, but confirm age restrictions with your operator. Some hotel pickup zones (Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua) incur longer transfers; self-drive options exist. Bring a change of clothes and leave valuables locked up.
