What to expect

You'll start with essential theory and gear familiarisation on land, then enter the water in controlled stages. Your instructor stays close as you practise breathing, clearing your mask, and moving underwater. Once confident, you'll drop deeper into the Strait's Natural Park to spot fish, rocks, and plant life invisible from the surface.
