What to expect
You'll meet your instructor at Marbella beach and start with a brief on ocean conditions and board handling. Most of the 90 minutes happens in the water—paddling out, finding your rhythm on the white water, and catching waves. The instructor watches your paddling mechanics, balance, and positioning, offering real-time feedback. Expect to spend time both on shore and in the sea. Conditions vary with tide and swell; your instructor will adjust accordingly.
Good to know
Bring your own towel and sunscreen. Public transport links to the beach. Not suitable if you have significant heart or lung concerns. Lessons run in genuine local conditions, so water temperature and swell can vary seasonally.
