What to expect

Expect a full day moving between three distinct environments: dense rainforest sections on foot, a scenic lake cruise with good animal-spotting odds, and buggy exploration of quieter pockets where wildlife congregates. Your guide will stop frequently to scan for birds, marsupials and reptiles—sightings aren't guaranteed but the region's biodiversity means you'll encounter something. The pace is relaxed rather than brisk, suited to most fitness levels. Lunch is provided mid-tour. Weather occasionally forces last-minute route changes, and poor conditions may warrant rescheduling.
