What to expect

You'll meet your driver for hotel pickup and head to Padangbai harbour, where a guide briefs you on snorkelling basics before boarding a local boat. Two separate trips take you to Blue Lagoon and Tanjung Jepun—each offers roughly an hour in the water spotting reef fish and coral formations across sandy bottoms. Back ashore, rinse off in the shower facilities and change before a casual Indonesian lunch. The afternoon leg drives you through Bali's interior, pausing at Kanto Lampo's cascading freshwater pools, then finishing at Ubud Monkey Forest where you wander forested paths encountering resident macaques. Expect warm water, varied terrain, and a mixed pace of activity and rest.

Not suitable if pregnant, recovering from spinal injury, or managing cardiovascular concerns. Infants must stay on an adult's lap during boat transfers. Souvenir photos are purchasable but not included. Gear, towels, and changing rooms are all provided. Bring reef-safe sunscreen and a dry bag for valuables on the boat.
