What to expect

You'll check in at Con-X-ion's dedicated counters inside the terminal and receive your shuttle details. After collection, you'll travel with other passengers (up to 21 per coach) on a straightforward 60-minute run down to the Gold Coast, with the driver dropping each passenger at their respective hotel. The vehicles are modern and climate-controlled. If you're booked on the last service of the day and your flight delays, you'll need to arrange alternative transport at your own cost (full refund issued for that leg). For collapsible wheelchairs, you'll need a companion to assist boarding and disembarking.
