What to expect

You'll start at the cellar door, then head out into the vineyard with Haydn, who'll point out different grape varieties and talk through the practical side of growing them—soil, pruning, timing. Back inside, the winery tour moves through working spaces where fermentation and ageing happen. The tasting takes place in the barrel hall itself, where you'll sample wines and get a sense of how oak and time shape what's in your glass. Expect about 45 minutes outside, 45 minutes indoors.
