What to expect

Your driver-guide collects you and takes you to four different venues across Cairns. At each stop you'll sample what's being made there—whether pale ales, stouts, gin, or rum—and the producers themselves often explain their process and philosophy. It's unhurried: you're not rushed between stops, and the guide handles all the driving so you can relax. Lunch breaks up the tasting schedule.
