What to expect

Expect sustained physical exertion over three and a half hours. The canyon presents a genuine mix of technical moves—you'll jump into deep pools, slide down natural chutes, abseil down rock faces and cross a zipline spanning the gorge. The route isn't repetitive; each obstacle demands focus and uses different muscle groups. Your guide briefs you on technique before each section, then spots you through. The water is cold and the canyon narrow in places, creating an authentic alpine-gorge feel rather than a theme-park experience. Bring your own shoes and swimwear; the provided wetsuit does the heavy lifting for warmth.

Good to know

Minimum 6 people needed to run the tour. Minimum age 9 years (12 years April–May); children need an adult. Not suitable if you're pregnant, have spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular fitness—canyoning is physically demanding. Bring water and snacks yourself.
