About this tour
Design and code your own light-up souvenir in central Paris over two hours. You'll sketch a custom pattern using vector software, have it laser-engraved onto a lamp base, then programme the LEDs to glow in whatever colours you choose. Walk away with a functional piece that's genuinely yours—part craft, part coding workshop, entirely personal.

What to expect
Expect a hands-on two-hour session split between the design and programming stations. First, you'll use vector software to create your pattern—think of it as digital drawing. The instructors walk you through the basics if you're new to it. Once you're happy, the engraving happens immediately. Then you'll move to the coding section, where you'll write simple commands to set your lamp's colour palette and effects. No programming background required; the workshop guides you through each step. You'll leave with a functioning lamp you genuinely made.
Good to know
Bring ideas but not devices—computers are provided. Prams welcome. The workshop sits near public transport. Suitable for all fitness levels. Best to arrive five minutes early for a quick orientation.
