What to expect

You'll be collected from South Bali in an air-conditioned vehicle and driven to Tulamben, a coastal town three hours north. Once there, the dive centre runs a tight operation: briefing, gear check, and descent into the water. The wreck sits at reasonable depths with excellent visibility most days. Between dives you'll surface, rest, and grab lunch. The reef around the wreck teems with nudibranchs, groupers, trevally, and smaller critters that make for compelling bottom time. Expect a full but manageable day—the guides pace things to match your comfort level.

Good to know

Rent full dive kit and computer at the site if needed. Bring a moderate level of fitness; the work is steady but not extreme. Not suitable if you have spinal issues, heart concerns, or are pregnant. The eight hours accounts for driving time both ways plus three hours in the water.
