What to expect
You'll be collected from your Paris hotel and driven to Giverny in roughly 45 minutes. A guide will walk you through Monet's house, explaining his techniques and the relationship between his paintings and the actual spaces. The gardens are the main event—wander between flower beds, under the famous bridge, and around the pond. Allow time to sit and absorb the landscape as Monet did. Afterwards, you have several hours to explore independently: visit smaller galleries, grab lunch at a café, or simply rest in the gardens again. The return journey to Paris takes the late afternoon.
Good to know
Tickets are included; bring comfortable walking shoes as the gardens involve uneven terrain. No food provided—eat in the village or pack supplies. Children in pushchairs are fine. Customising the itinerary incurs a 20€ charge.
