What to expect

You'll start inside the Louvre with your guide pointing out famous works and quieter corners most visitors miss. After browsing at your own pace and grabbing lunch independently, you'll board a coach for Versailles. There, a two-hour guided walk covers the palace interiors, peaking at the glittering Hall of Mirrors. A brief orientation of the grounds follows, then you're free to wander the gardens, sit by the fountains, or grab a drink. Plan for plenty of walking and stairs, particularly in the palace.

Good to know

Arrive on time — latecomers can't always join the group. Both site entries are booked as one collective ticket, not sent in advance. Prams work fine. Those under 18 or EU residents under 26 get free entry with valid ID. The tour isn't suitable for limited mobility; book privately for wheelchair or walking-stick access. Lunch isn't included.
