Barbara guides you through the estate's production methods before the meal—fresh pasta, seasonal soup, cured meats and artisanal cheeses, finishing with something sweet. You'll taste each wine alongside its course and discover your own preferred pairings. Vegetarian and gluten-free versions available with notice.

What to expect

You'll begin with a tour of the cellars, learning how the wines develop. Then move to the dining area where Barbara serves each course in turn. Start with fresh pasta, move to a seasonal soup alongside a different wine, then sample cured meats, crostini and cheeses with another pour. The meal finishes with a sweet course paired with the final wine. Between courses, you're encouraged to notice how each wine changes the flavour of what you're eating—some combinations will surprise you. The whole experience takes roughly two hours.
