What to expect

You'll be collected from your hotel at 08:30 and driven to Melangit River. The rafting portion lasts roughly ninety minutes; expect splashing, adrenaline and genuinely steep sections interspersed with calmer stretches where you can catch your breath and appreciate the surrounding cliffs. After rafting, you'll shower, change and eat lunch at the base restaurant. The afternoon shifts to ATVs near Ubud—two hours of bouncing over uneven tracks, fording shallow water, ducking under low vegetation and rolling past farmland and modest settlements. Neither activity demands extreme fitness, though the quad bike seat and constant steering will tire your arms and shoulders.

Good to know

Bring sunscreen, a camera in a waterproof bag, and a change of clothes. Not suitable if you have spinal issues, pregnancy or heart concerns. Children aged five to eleven must share a quad with an adult; solo ATV riding starts at twelve. Maximum age limit is sixty. Vegetarian meals available on request at booking.
