What to expect

You'll arrive and settle in with a chilled serve, then move through the distillery's working space where the founders explain their methods—botanical selection, distillation techniques, the reasoning behind their blend. The tasting follows a sensory progression through their signature expressions and whatever experimental batches are on the go. Between sips you'll absorb the backdrop: rolling vine country and distant hills. The session wraps with you building one cocktail to your taste using their spirits. Lunch isn't included, but the on-site Cucina di Strada does food.
