What to expect

Your sommelier will meet you at a central Paris location and lead you to two wine bars, where you'll taste between four and five wines depending on your option. At each stop, expect 15–20 minutes to observe colour and clarity, smell the bouquet, and taste methodically—your guide will explain what you're noticing and why. You'll hear about the vineyard, vintage, and winemaking choices behind each glass.
