What to expect

You'll meet your pilot at dawn (exact time confirmed the day before, weather permitting). After a light breakfast, the crew preps the balloon whilst you watch the envelope fill with hot air. You and your partner step into the basket with the pilot—no harnesses, just you and the landscape. The ascent is gentle; for 60 minutes you'll drift with wind patterns, watching Segovia's castle, aqueduct and rolling wheat fields recede below. Descent is equally smooth. Afterwards, you'll toast with champagne and receive your flight certificate along with digital copies of photos and video.

Good to know

Wear flat shoes, layers, and casual clothes suitable to the day's temperature.
