What to expect

You'll board a well-appointed motorboat fitted with both sun and shade. The skipper takes you to three or four different spots—usually Giardini Naxos, Taormina's main bay, and Isola Bella itself. At each stop, you can jump in to snorkel among rocky outcrops or simply float. The boat sits steady enough for young children and those less confident in water. Expect to spend roughly half the time moving between sites and half anchored. There's a cabin to retreat to if the sun becomes too intense, plus a small kitchen if you want coffee or light food.
