What to expect

Your guide collects you from your hotel lobby at the scheduled time in a private vehicle. From there, you're steering—suggest temples, rice fields, a specific waterfall, markets, or anything else catching your interest. Your guide knows the roads and can recommend lesser-known spots or steer you towards quieter alternatives if sites get crowded. You'll stop, step out, explore, ask questions, and move on whenever you're ready. Bring cash for entrance fees and lunch; the driver will point you towards decent spots or wait while you eat.
