What to expect

You'll meet your instructor at the Rottnest Island Skydive Centre, complete a brief orientation, then board the jump aircraft. After climbing to altitude, you'll exit the plane harnessed to your instructor, experiencing intense freefall for roughly 60 seconds before parachute opening. The descent takes several minutes, allowing time to absorb the vista. Ground staff will debrief you post-landing. Ferry departs Fremantle in the morning, returns from Rottnest at 4:00pm (arriving approximately 4:35pm). Bring no food or drink—purchase on island or at Fremantle terminal beforehand.

Minimum age is 16; under-18s require parent/guardian signature. Maximum weight 95kg (case-by-case above). Weather dependent—poor conditions trigger rescheduling or full refund. Only three tandem slots per flight; group bookings of 4+ need coordination. Arrange own transport to/from Fremantle ferry terminal.
