What to expect

Expect steady trekking on village paths, some uneven terrain, and regular elevation changes as you move through inhabited areas before reaching the falls. The walk winds past family homes, small temples, and cultivated land—you're moving through living countryside, not a tourist zone. Once the terrain opens toward the waterfall basin, the path becomes more challenging with steeper descents and rocky sections. The reward is seeing all seven falls in their natural setting rather than from a single viewpoint. Bring water and wear sturdy footwear.
