This session blends wave technique with mindfulness practice in the water, moving beyond standard instruction to explore how the ocean connects body and breath. You'll paddle out equipped with boards and wetsuits, refuel with brunch afterwards, and gain insight into the local surf culture that defines these islands.

What to expect
Edu will meet you and drive you to the break, assessing conditions and your ability before entering the water. Expect to spend most of the three hours in the ocean, paddling, catching waves and receiving real-time feedback on your positioning and timing. The session integrates breathing awareness and mental focus alongside physical skills—think of it as surfing that acknowledges how rhythm in the water affects your mind. Afterwards you'll towel off and eat brunch together, debriefing the session.
Water temperature is mild year-round, but a wetsuit is essential. Don't expect a gym-style class with counts and repetitions; this is intuitive, adaptive coaching tailored to how you move.
Good to know
Not suitable if you have spinal injuries, pregnancy, or cardiovascular concerns. Public transport exists nearby if you prefer independent travel. Gratuity isn't included but can be given if you wish. Arrive with basic swimming ability and a willingness to get tired—surfing is deceptively physical.
