What to expect
You'll be collected from your Albany accommodation and driven through lush forest to three or four carefully chosen venues. At each stop, producers share their methods and philosophy before you taste their products. The pace is relaxed—there's genuine conversation, not a rushed tick-box exercise. Lunch is communal, set at a long table where you eat local meats, cheeses, bread and salads whilst taking in the winery setting.
