About this tour
Launch from a plane above St Kilda Beach for Melbourne's sole coastal skydive, dropping from 15,000 feet with sixty seconds of pure freefall followed by a controlled parachute descent over the bay. You'll see the city skyline, Port Phillip waters, and Luna Park from angles most never experience. The entire experience takes around four hours from arrival to landing, with instruction and safety checks handled by qualified jump masters before you leave the aircraft.

What to expect
Arrive at the dropzone for a thorough safety briefing and fitting of your harness and gear. Your tandem master walks you through body position and what happens at each stage. During the scenic flight up, nerves often peak—this is normal. At altitude, the door opens, you exit, and gravity takes over. The freefall is intense and disorienting for the first few seconds before your body adjusts. Your canopy deploys, and suddenly the rush shifts to awe as you float down with unobstructed views. Landing is gentle if conditions cooperate. Plan to be on-site for roughly four hours total.
